Around two hundred volunteers from NSS wing & Eco club of the school participated in celebrating ‘ Vanmahotsav ‘ with great zest & zeal.
As part of the event around 200 plants especially fruit plants such as Guava, Amb, Jaamun etc. were planted. Mr. Bikramjit Rana SLO (NSS), the principal of the school Mr. Sanjay K. Walia were among those who planted saplings along with volunteers.
The NSS programe officer Mr. Vijay Juneja, Ms. Ritu Veer and Eco-Club incharge Ms. Gurpreet Kaur were the pillars who motivate and guided volunteers.
The aim is to take care of the trees planted by them throughout the year restore the environment
