SUBJECT : Anti-crackers Campaign

 Sohanjana Eco Club, one of the pioneer Eco Clubs of Chandigarh celebrates Green Diwali every year with a view to create awareness among the students and masses about the harms of bursting crackers during the festival of Diwali.

The students are continuously motivated to shun fire-crackers.

Repeated reminders and pledge during the morning assembly has shown positive effect in the last many years.

This year also under the guidelines of Department of Environment, Sohanjana Eco club carried out Green Diwali Campaign for a fortnight.
